Refer Your Patients
We accept referrals from cardiologists, endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and all other specialties. Our goal is to make the referral process simple and the communication back to you clear and timely.
What we see
What to expect
Scheduling
Routine referrals are typically seen within 2–4 weeks. Urgent referrals — AKI, rapidly progressive GN, severe hyperkalemia — are accommodated within 1–5 business days. Call us directly for urgent cases.
Communication
We send a detailed consultation note to the referring physician within 3 business days of the visit. We communicate directly for urgent findings.
Co-management
We are happy to co-manage patients with you — taking the nephrology piece while you continue to manage the primary condition. We do not take over care without discussion.
